I am an Insomniac and honestly facing Insomnia is not that easy. I just don’t now when or how i lost my normal sleeping habit. I just came to a point that i realized that i actually cant sleep at night. At first, i thought i can get used with that kind of scenario and actually it came to be very useful as i had a call center job before and the work really required us to work at night.
But after i stop, thats the time that im starting to experience some weird and unwanted changes where i suffered a lot. My head is aching, my blood pressure went down and i actually came to a point that im so irritated and alost cryig because i cant sleep. My body wants to sleep but my mid was still awake and it happens everytime.
So what i did to overcome this situation?
Before i go to bed im doing some stuffs first like reading, writing or blogging and i do listen to soft and ballad songs. I am not favor of taking sleeping pills for it may harm my health. And it really helps me alot to sleep normally at the right time.
It should be mE who must have a control over my Insomnia and not the Insomnia have a control over me.
