Should I Give Up?

Managing both of my school and work is not an easy task. Sometimes, i really wanna give up but i just have no choice but to deal with both of them. I need my work to support my studies and i need my education so that i can have a better work in the future.

However, my job is becoming more demanding recently. My bosses would like me to extend my working hours in which i can’t do because the rest of my schedules are lend for my studies. This makes me realized that maybe i should start looking for a new job which is a lot easier than the one i have right now. However, i also realized that if i will be giving up my current job, it means that i have to undergo series of interviews again. It is really hard to get a job nowadays especially now that we are experiencing global financial crisis where the competition in the job market gets tougher.

I remember how hard for a non-degree holder like to enter this company that i am working with. It is really hard to please them and to prove them that i have what it takes to become a part of their company.

Before the final interview, we all went to a series of medical exams including the drug testing. All of us should pass a drug test in order to prove that we are all capable and physically fit to work.

If i give up my job now, that means i will be starting from scratch again. Any advise guys?
