However, I have a job that time and I have to refuse it. And now, i got the same offer from that company and I don’t know how the hell they got my number and how did they manage to keep my records for years. Oh well, maybe they find my record interesting or they are just some sort of a scam company doing some fraudulent activities.

To be honest, selling is not my expertise and customer relation is one of my weakest points. I have tried working in some customer service work like working in a fast food chain as a counter and now in which I am working as a Customer service representative in an Internet Service Provider company. Even though I can manage to do my job well, I still find it very challenging and not comforting at all.

In addition to that, when it comes to selling items, I don’t think you can please everybody to buy this and that because they all have their own taste. You might receive praises about the product but you might get some criticism too or maybe some of them are not interested at all. This is the reason why you have to establish a perfect marketing strategy, targeting specific customers. This is how email marketing works. Online business is quite in demand today and most businesses are using Internet as a powerful tool to promote their products. Email marketing is indeed an effective campaign, considering that almost everyone has their own emails. As for the pharmaceutical products, I think you must have a doctor database or email data base of other health care professionals who might be very interested to the products that you are offering.

Oh well, selling may not be my forte but it’s worth a try right? Who knows, I might excel on this field in the future.

He got a mild stroke last February and that was the fifth time it ever happened to him. His first stroke , which occurred last 2001 made him disabled. He stopped working since then. I became the family’s breadwinner, taking all his responsibilities at home. though, despite of that  big responsibilities, i never blamed him because I really understand his condition. We’re just hoping that his condition will become so much better soon.

Since we’re talking about my father’s disability, let me disclose some of our experience with regards about my father’s disability benefits. It took us awhile before we received an approval from this certain lending company who takes charge with my father’s benefits. I’m really not familiar with the entire process but it felt like there was some sort of discrepancy in their system. Actually, they are asking us for a placement fee to approve the said loan which is entirely out of the process of any lending companies I guess. Why should we pay for a placement fee if the loan that we’re asking will be coming from the contributions that my dad gave during his working days. As far as I know, this contributions are deducted to my dad’s monthly salary. If they are referring to “Process fee” , that is quite understandable but when you say “Placement Fee”, that is quite suspicious right?

Anyway, everything was settled now and both parties had an agreement but I think we should have hired someone, a disability lawyer or someone specializing on that field to guide us properly. Or better yet, we should have availed a service from a hosted online dialer to find the right person that we need. Actually this kind of online dialer is very ideal because they offer this so called “query based criteria” to determine who exactly you want to call.  This might be a very effective tool for your marketing campaigns too to target those specific customers right?

That’s how i usually feels and I am so tired of doing the same duty all day long. Good thing, i only have 25 days left before leaving the said job, at least, I will have one more chance to look for another great and exciting work. Stress is always a part of it and that is something I have to bear but don’t you think it would be nice if your job dynamically change from time to time. Same thing goes with our house. If we keep on seeing the same kind of arrangement , then it might bore you out as well.

I know it is not necessary but it is pretty much recommendable to provide some sort of make over to your house. This will not just provide a brand new appearance, but will also make your house more exciting and appealing. Try to explore and exert your creativity and start decorating your house. You do not have to renovate your house completely because the simple rearranging of your furniture is good enough to transform your house into a new look.

You can repaint the walls and the ceilings, change the curtains, add some small figurines or stylish frames and more.  Of course, don’t just focus on the interior, you also have to pay attention to the exterior part by changing the landscape or adding some stylish outdoor fixtures. Install colorful awnings in your front door or in your terrace or better yet lend a space in your yard to place a resting tent where you and your family can spend time together by having a wonderful picnic outside.

Oh well, since I still have 25 more days to work, i still have enough time to think of my designs before giving my house some sort of make over. That’s pretty exciting!

Whew! I thought I’m not going to make it because I am really afraid to approach my superior stating that I’m going to leave the company. Oh well, I know that my reason of leaving is valid so I really have nothing to be afraid of though what made me so worried is their reaction after approaching them. Thanks God, it turned out well, I was able to tell them my reason of leaving. I told them that we’re moving to a new place which is way to far from my office and I can’t handle all the expenses if ever I will rent a space nearby my workplace.  Oh and in addition to that, I’m going to focus more on my business plan, hoping that I can excel on such field. I never had a proper training nor any knowledge on how to run a business effectively but I am willing to take the risk. After all, that how most of businesses work right? It’s all about taking risk!

Talking about this business plan, I am planning to start a Crafts business. In fact, I was now scheduled to attend a Polymer Clay Craft making Workshop to be a certified clayist and to learn more about this craft as well. I saw it online recently and I am so eager to learn more about it. Clay is one of my favorite mediums when making art so I think I can work effectively on it. As for the promotion, I think, I’m going to buy a site for it and showcase them online. I might establish my own ebay or amazon account to sell the items. I know that there will be a huge competition here so I might avail an email list to form an effective email campaign. Here, i can target those specific customers to promote my product. I am so excited about this business and I am crossing my fingers now that I can do this things pretty soon after my resignation.

As you all know, I just filed my resignation last week but I still have to render a month before leaving. Oh well, maybe this is not the right company for me or maybe God has plans for me and he’s taking me to a new industry, something that I can excel more. Actually, i was thinking of starting my own business. Since my brother and I love making different art projects together, i guess, I can work effectively on that field. We might start an online business to showcase our projects. I’m going to attend several workshops to mold me as an effective and productive businessman. I know it’s quite a risk at first, but that’s how the business life should be. You are going to start from the scratch and it is up to you if you want to make it grow or not.

Though, i am not really sure yet about the craft business because it seems that we need a large capital for that. A food business would probably do. It’s quite in demand today and in fact, i saw a lot of food stalls outside selling different foods and more. But of course, it depends upon on the season and location. Summer foods are quite ideal right now so if you’re aiming to start a food business then you might want to sell something cold or refreshing. or better yet, sell something that is not season-dependent and can go along at any season. Popcorn or other related dishes like Sandwich or more, will definitely be a big hit for many. I might consider buying a popcorn machine or a sandwich maker and I better look for a perfect location too. It might be better if the store is seating near a school or any public places like church to attract more buyers. Whoa! Look who’s talking like  a businessman now haha. Wish me luck guys!

However, if you’re a type of person who would rather go to an expensive brand than dealing with fakes, then this may not be the best place for you. I understand the fact that original items are high in quality and highly durable as well. I, myself, preferred to buy items that have good quality and style.  Actually, instead of going into a bazaar or malls, i highly prefer to buy my things online. At least, i have wider options to choose from and as long as I will be dealing with a trusted site, I know I will get nothing but the best of products. If you’re looking for a designer bag like Hermes for example, then I suggest that you know how to observe the item before buying or better yet purchase the item online from a well trusted source or check some Hermes Birkin Bag Ok online to be ensured. Oh well, don’t get me wrong here, I’m not saying that women are very picky or choosy but I just don’t know what gift should I buy to please them.

Women are more into bags and shoes and that is something undeniable right? My mom is one of them I guess because she used to mention how much she love her bags and how worthy her bags are. Oh well, maybe that’s a hint from my mom, telling me (secretly) what to buy for her upcoming birthday. Oh and now I remember she used to mention Mulberry or Louis Vuitton recently. I have played different games from different genre, from PlayStation 1 up to the Xbox 360. Name it! I tried them all though i am kinda choosy when it comes to games. As much as possible, I want those Role Playing Games, those with creative storyline as if you can put yourself into the game. I’m sure you guys are well aware with Final Fantasy and Resident Evil since both of these games were already adapted into films. Well, I do love these games and they are my personal favorites actually but I really don’t mind playing other genres especially if it will give me some sort of a challenge like what most of casinò online has to offer.
