They are something that you cannot resist or something that you can’t live without. Well, alcoholic beverages are not that bad. In fact, some of them promotes healthy benefits. You might be familiar with what so-called  “French paradox”, an observation stating that moderate alcohol drinkers are less likely to suffer from heart attacks than those of non consumers and heavy drinkers. Even beers has health benefits. It is said that they have the ability to increase the amount of good cholesterol in your bloodstream and help decrease blood clots. Red wine is also known for producing resveratrol that can be used in so many different ways.

Yes, they can give you so many health benefits but we have to take note that abusive drinking leads to alcohol addiction or alcoholism. Just like drug addiction, this condition can be worst if you failed to do immediate action about it. Lindsay Lohan, Mel Gibson, and Amy Winehouse are few of the celebrities who had suffered from alcoholism. However, these celebrities were able to overcome their addiction because of the help of some Alcohol Treatment rehabilitation centers. Here, patients will be given series of therapies and medication. Some rehabs like the Florida Alcohol Treatment Center offers some other ways of curing alcoholism. I have heard that they have this Alcohol Detox treatment that can cure alcoholism much faster.

Alcohols are not that bad as long as you know how to control yourself and how to drink in a moderate way.

If you go to Greenbelt Makati, you’ll see huge line of bars and fine restaurants. I used to drink occasionally and if there’s a drink that i really like the most, that would be red wine. All the finest Red Wines are being serve here mostly during very special occasion like Christmas. Actually we did so bar hops last December 27 (which is my birthday) and we tasted different red wines from different resto.

Actually, we even had a short debate about Red Wines. We argued about the best red wine among all the wines that we have tried that day.

In fact, i did some research about it. There are different kind of Red wines. They are blended in so many different ways and are being made from different countries. Blush Wine is one of my favorites. It is cheap yet offers distinct aroma and taste. They are sweeter than other any red wines and it usually  served well chilled like White wine.

If you are a sweet wine drinker and if you want an Australian style wine, then i recommend you to try their Shriraz. It’s kinda spicy and peppery but it can be served in fruity style which most sweet drinkers enjoy.

If you like something light, then you must try Rioja, one of the finest red wine from Spain. What i like about this wine is that, it is light , gentle and soft. Perfect to wind up your day!

Well, drinking red wines is not actually just for celebration purposes, it also plays a big role in achieving a healthy lifestyle! Yup! Red wine produce an anti oxidant known as resveratrol which are now widely use for different medical purposes.

It is said that the resveratrol helps fight inflammation and prevent it from getting worst. It has been widely associated with many health benefits ranging from antiaging to boosting antiviral treatments. It helps to prevent blood clots and combat cancer too according to some studies.

They said that it is also an effective tool for weight loss. Well, i just don’t know how effective this supplement is since i haven’t buy resveratrol yet. But i will definitely considered to buy this supplement since i am desperately want to lose weight! Well, for the mean time, i will just hit the gym as often as i can or use my p90x resistance bands in case i failed to hit the gym because of my busy schedule!

A lot of them saying that wedding could be very costly but it deserves to become expensive knowing that this is just a once in a lifetime to happen. I am happy that i was given a chance to see how’s my Auntie prepares for her Wedding. They even hire a wedding consultant and specialist to help them out in everything. My Auntie and her husband  choose what theme are they going to use for their wedding, what gown will she be wearing, what foods will be served at reception and a whole lot more. Everything in my Auntie’s wedding turn out perfectly fine and now i was thinking what will be my wedding in the near future? Will it be as luxurious as what my Auntie had or just a simple but elegant wedding? I was actually searching for it over the Internet and hoping that, eventually, i will find something interesting to help me out figuring what my wedding should looks like. My room is very small and the space is not enough to be occupied by other appliances and office equipments. It is quite unsatisfying to work in an office especially if you are not comfortable with it.

As a part of that event, there will series of fun activities, drills, and some other adventures that we have to join with. We will be making our own camp fire and we will be sitting around it while sharing some ghost stories. We fix our own tent and place a blanket inside so we can sleep.

However, it is not very comfortable sleeping on blanket. So I guess it would be much advisable for kids to bring a nap mat which is thick enough to comfort them.

We want it to make very special. We’ve planned every special detail of the celebration. We will hire clowns and magicians to entertain the kids and the schedule for the catering services were finally booked out.

Last year, we gave out personalized key chains for kids and now we are thinking of what kind of memorabilia are we going to give away this year. My mom suggested to give out miniature cakes with colorful designs since she know how to bake. The idea was great and very creative, however, we cannot send these cakes to our close relatives residing in US. They cannot make it to attend the celebration so we decided to record everything from the tiniest detail up to the biggest event in the party. I guess documenting it into a video is much better than simple photos. We will transfer the video file into CD or DVD, however, this will be the problem because we have to find someone who can transfer it for us and produce a number of copies of it.
